Shipping policy

We understand how important it is to receive your products fast. Our dedicated shipping team will ship your order the day after your order is placed. This means that if you are located within Australia you will be experiencing our beautiful Mohi 24k Gold luxury skincare within two to three business days after placing your order, even sooner if you are located in the Brisbane metropolitan area!

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders of $90 and over are shipped free of charge by Australia Post Express service within Australia. Orders under $90 will be charged at a flat rate of $7.95 and shipped Australia Post - Parcel Post service within Australia. International orders are shipped by Australia Post- Standard International Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide excluding USA and Canada. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery and please contact us using the contact form for queries regarding your order.


IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY?

A signature is not required on delivery. If you are not home when your order is delivered, it may be left in a safe place by Australia Post or a collection notification card will be left in your letterbox for you to collect your order from the stipulated Post Office. Collection of your order is required within the time frame stipulated by Australia Post on the notification card. Mohi skincare is not responsible for Australia Post delivering to the incorrect address or for collection centres signing parcels over to an incorrect recipient. We are also not responsible for items returned to us by Australia Post due to non-collection from Australia Post within the time frame required on the notification card.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our studio. Once your package has left our studio, Mohi skincare is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post regarding transit damaged deliveries.
