SHIPPING & RETURNS

What are your shipping costs and how will my order be delivered?

The cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout. All orders are shipped by Australia Post, a signature on delivery is required on orders over $100 in Australia. International orders are shipped via Australia Post- Standard International Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Our elixir is made for you when you place your order please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will prioritise it.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide excluding USA and Canada. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, contact us using the contact form for queries regarding your order.

Is a signature required on delivery?

We require a signature on receipt of all Australian deliveries over $100. If you are not home when your order is delivered collection from your nearest post office is required within the time frame stipulated by Australia Post. mohi skincare is not responsible for Australia Post delivering to the incorrect address or for Collection Centres signing parcels over to an incorrect recipient.

Do you accept returns?

For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns due to change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Returns or refunds will be allowed up to seven days after delivery. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. If you are experiencing a problem with your order, email us using the contact page form. If you need to return your order a return authority form will be emailed to you for completion, once your return request has been processed and approved a return authority number will be emailed to you. Your return authority form and number must be included with your return. Please do not send any products back without contacting us first and getting a return authority number.

Damaged in transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our studio. Once your package has left our studio, mohi skincare is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post for more information regarding transit damaged deliveries.

Shipping costs for returns?

It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping which will be refunded once your return is processed. Returns must be sent via Australia Post 500gm Parcel Post in the original packaging at the cost and risk of the sender. mohi skincare does not take responsibility for any returned items that are lost during transit in the post when being returned to us.

PRODUCT FAQ

I am not seeing any gold leaf in the product?

The 24k gold leaf will settle on the bottom of the Elixir. Open the bottle and disperse the contents of the pipette back into the bottle. Screw the dispenser pipette back on and gently shake the bottle to suspend the gold leaf then re-open bottle and fill the dispensing pipette.

Are all of your ingredients organic?

We are committed to ethical sourcing of organic ingredients wherever possible – organic ingredients are clearly identified with a * symbol in our ingredient listings and on our product labels.

Why is the aroma of the elixir slightly different this time?

Due to the nature of the plant based organic and natural ingredients that we use in our products there may be subtle variations in the aroma, feel and colour. These variations will not affect the products efficacy or quality. For instance Prickly Pear seeds that are collected in the winter months or from the northern producers, produce an oil that has a strong sweet cactus seed smell of fruit, flowers and honey. Seeds collected during summer or from southern producers tend to produce an oil with a stronger cactus seed smell but a little more olive-like and spicy

Why is the elixir not applying easily? / Why am I having to use more than 4-5 drops?

Always apply the elixir to a damp face. Preferably mist skin then apply the elixir immediately to your skin.

Will my face look or feel oily after applying the elixir?

Your skin will feel silky and velvety a few minutes after applying the elixir. The elixir is an oil based product so it will feel a little oily on initial application. Wait a few minutes before applying your makeup. To get optimal results from your elixir it must be applied to damp skin, mist your skin first then apply 4-5 drops of the elixir.

Can I use the elixir during pregnancy?

We do not recommend using the elixir during pregnancy due to the essential oil content. We advocate that the use of essential oils during pregnancy should be under the guidance and care of a professionally qualified Aromatherapist.

What is the shelf life of your products?

After opening, we recommend using your elixir within 6 months. Always keep the bottle away from sunlight and heat, and secure the dispenser tightly after each use.

We only test our products on HUMANS.
